TERMS OF SERVICE
【 References and Editing Policy 】
➽ Image references for characters will be accepted. Text references are accepted but require a 50% of the total commission cost as a design fee.➽ You as the commissioner are responsible for the quality of your references. Please make sure your requests and references are up-to-date, clear, and concise, or you might not receive an accurate depiction of your character.
If I, the artist, have not started your request you can amend the request by submitting the provided form again with all required information. You as the commissioner are responsible in providing all of the information to your request in one form.➽Completed commissions CANNOT be edited or colored by another artist including the commissioner. (Unless commercial rights are purchased)➽ I, the artist, will not be held accountable to correct or adjust commissions due to unclear or un-defined information provided by the commissioner in the order form. I, the artist, will be accountable to correct or adjust commissions where I have failed to follow provided reference material.➽ If artwork needs additional edits and the fault lies in the provided reference material by the commissioner edits may be requested. An additional fee for edits may be discussed. It is the commissioners right to refuse this fee. If fee is refused it is the artist right to refuse to make the edits.

【 Invoice Contract 】
➽ The invoice that will be sent on paypal is payment for the artists time spent production product.➽ You are not paying for digital art goods.➽ You are agreeing to pay the invoiced price for the artist to preform a service to produce your request.➽ Once you pay the invoice you agree to all terms and conditions listed here and the work is bound by contract.
【 Refunds And Time-Frame 】
➽ Refunds are not offered for contracted work.
➽ If I, the artist, am unable to complete the request, a refund will be provided.
➽ Time frame between 1 to 3 weeks.➽ If 5 days pass and no work has been completed by the artist this is a breech of contract. Client can ask for a full refund at this time or continue to wait for art by their choice.
【 Art and Artistic Rights】
➽ I, the artist, reserve all artistic rights to commissioned work.➽ I, the artist, may use artwork in online or physical galleries, portfolios, printed material, any form of publication or distribution pending character credit/gallery links are posted with the display back to the commissioner.➽ You, as the commissioner, may use commissioned work for personal display pending artist credits/gallery links are posted with the display back to the artist. (i.e. online icons, online signatures, layouts, wallpapers, .social sites, ect)➽ You, as the commissioner, are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use or in any form of promotion or profit.➽ If you are browsing my gallery you do not have the right to take any of the images and re-post them. The only people who have the right to post my work are myself and the person who paid for the commission itself.

【 Frequently Asked Questions 】
If I buy a full body and want to add a person to it, do I need to pay for the other person?
➽ Yes. Every character that you add into a piece will add to the total cost to cover our time.Example:
1 full body of a sketch character costs $60 usd
If you'd like to buy a commission of a couple, your total cost for the commission would be $120 usd
I want to commission something and don't want it streamed and/or posted until a specific date, what are my options?
➽We have a no stream fee %50 of total commission cost, just let us know in additional information on your order form that you require it➽If you want us to hold off for a specific date to post your commission on our social media & art sites we have a fee of %50 of total commission cost for that as well
What is your edits policy?
➽We offer two edits per stage, two from Kinx and two from Trashcatpop/Kohichi
What constitutes as an edit in this context and what doesn't?
➽ Edits are considered to be small adjustments and details that we may have missed.Examples of edits:
-Drawing five fingers when a character only has four
-Drawing a facial feature like a nose, face shape, muzzle shape that is not accurate enough to the reference material that you would like adjusted
-An article of clothing was coloured the wrong colour
-Markings on a character were not accurate enough to the reference materialExamples of things that are not edits:
-Wanting an entirely different pose that was not provided in the form that requires the artist to redraw entire limbs, or angles
-Asking for heavily detailed make up/markings that was not requested on the form or in references
-Asking for an entirely different outfit at the sketch WIP stage after the first outfit provided in the form was already drawn on said sketch
What if I am interested in edits that don't meet the two edit policy?
➽ We can absolutely do that for you. We offer an edit fee to cover our time dependent on how complex the edit requested is but we are more than happy to work with you on the edits you're interested in
What does artistic freedom mean?
➽ Artistic freedom means that you are giving us permission to draw what your reference sheet inspires us to draw for your commissionIf you'd like to give artistic freedom for only parts of the commission and not others that's completely fine as long as it is clearly stated in the additional information section of our order formExample of entire artistic freedom:I would like you to draw my character in any interpretation you'd like. I'm interested in seeing your take on them. You can use any pose, outfit, environment, or otherwiseExample of some artistic freedom:I would like to have my character at the beach. You have artistic freedom for the pose but I would like to have them in the outfit I have provided in the references
